THE HEALING JOURNEY MEDITATION Virtual Class

Can the encounter with trauma or critical illness, either in one’s own body or that of another, be the inspiration to plunge beyond our usual patterns, and deeply heal our hearts and spirits? Drawing upon the wisdom of Yoga, Qigong, Buddhism, and the latest scientific research, this meditation offers support for those working through traumatic experience, chronic illness, or extreme injury.
HATHA YOGA Virtual Class
Teacher: Elisa Barretta
Move mindfully, in sync with your breath, through a well-rounded and detailed flow of postures designed to stretch, strengthen, balance and relax the body while soothing the nervous system and quieting the mind. In this all levels class modifications are always offered in order to safely meet you where your practice needs to be today. You will leave class feeling energized, yet relaxed.
GENTLE YOGA Virtual Class

A slower-paced and safe class. This class is great for anyone, especially for those with physical limitations or injuries, and beginners. Focuses on therapeutic alignment for joint and body health and adapting poses for each individual’s needs. Emphasizes breath to reduce stress and tension. A great preparation for Meditation.
YOGA NIDRA: DEEP REST & RESET Virtual Class

Yoga Nidra is called “the sleep of the yogis” and takes you on a profound inner journey of rest and healing. As you lie in a cozy, supported savasana, you’ll be guided into an awake trance state that allows your nervous system to unwind and deeper levels of awareness to blossom. You’ll access and move through the physical, energy, and mental bodies to the wisdom and bliss bodies that are rarely accessed through other forms of meditation. And the amazing part is, all you need to do is lie down and follow the sound of my voice.
MEDITATION FOR DEEP RELAXATION & RESTFUL SLEEP Virtual Class

This new virtual class is designed to guide you into a very deep state of relaxation to facilitate restful sleep, free of persistent unwanted thoughts and emotions.
It is during sleep that our mind and body rest and heal. Deep restorative sleep is not only crucial for our mental and emotional stability and the capacity to deal with stress but also vital for keeping our immune system strong, and our bodies functioning efficiently in preventing and fighting any disease.
We will begin by learning some simple and powerful ways to relax both the mind and the body that you can use on your own at any time. Then we’ll go into a guided meditation. At the end of it, I will offer you an option to come out of the meditation or stay in it, by simply ending the call, so you can go into sleep while in a deeply relaxed state.
ROOTED REIKI MEDITATION Virtual Class

Whether residual anxiety has built up over challenging times or general stress and tension is present physically, mentally, and emotionally, it is essential to create outlets to release this pent-up energy. As with a clogged drain or artery, we must address internal blockages as soon as possible and facilitate the clearing of our energetic channels for more optimal flow. Through stillness, silence, and receptivity, we incorporate mindful breathing while receiving Reiki (Universal Life Force Energy) to guide our return to a purer state of being and feeling.
BEING & BECOMING MEDITATION VIRTUAL Class

A class exploring two fundamental and transformational aspects of regular meditation practice: being with things as there are and cultivating what is helpful.
Being with things as they are helps us to know ourselves and reality purely and directly, resting as an observer and bringing awareness to the nature of our experience. Cultivating what is helpful deepens our access to qualities such as compassion, love, stillness, embodiment, peace, or letting go. It strengthens our capacity to make them a part of our daily life.
All of this will be explored through guided meditations in an open, grounded, loving space.
BREATHING MEDITATION Virtual Class

Balance your nervous system and instill a sense of calm and well-being in this gentle breathing meditation. Pranayama and sound therapy practitioner Diana Osberg will lead you in a mindful breathing practice that unfolds like lotus petals, helping you to ground, release tension, and connect to self. You’ll transition into your day with renewed energy and gratitude.
TAI CHI Virtual Class

Andy Blackcrane’s Tai Chi class at Bindupoint is for all levels. Here you will learn both Yang and Chen style meditational movement including it’s health benefits and historical significance. Absorb techniques to energize yourself through deep relaxation. Find your route at the center of your own personal psychology. Get your day and life moving in a powerful direction. Tai Chi is an ultimate expression of self love and you will grow in this awareness.
