For all virtual classes, you will automatically receive an email with your Zoom link 30 minutes prior to class. Should you register within 30 minutes prior class, the link to class will be embedded in your registration email confirmation.
GENTLE YOGA Virtual Class
Teacher: Elisa Barretta
Tuesdays & Thursdays 12:00-1:00pm PST
In this class students will link gentle movements to breath, creating space in the joints, while strengthening and stretching various muscle groups. In a viniyoga approach, poses are tailored towards the needs of each individual, making the class appropriate for students of all levels, as well as students with injuries. Breathwork and guided meditation will be added for a complete mind/body experience.
