Maggie and I, invite you for an overnight retreat. Basking in a safe space with like minded people, to reset and realign with your own authenticity. We will be moved and guided deeply through meditation, yoga, dialogue, sound-bath, hike, relaxation and nature. We will harness and identify with our source connection, replacing the habituated patterns of the mind and body with that of innate purity, the original blueprint of existence.
The time is now to breakdown the barricades through the ancient techniques of Kundalini Yoga. Maggie will guide through an invigorating kriya to specifically remove blocks in your body. Move deeply into your source connection with the freedom created from your yoga practice. Continue to dive deeper and release blocks using mantra and guided shavasana
