I found my deep connection and developed a passion for yoga and its philosophy after I attended the classes conducted in our community in India by my guru Vijayalakshmi. Being a computer engineer by profession I devoted whatever time I could find to build a personal practice under her guidance. Slowly but surely it helped me deal with the thyroid dysfunction and knee injury that had taken a toll on my personal and professional life. As I made progress in my mental, physical and emotional wellbeing my passion to take it to more people became unstoppable.
Now I am a yoga alliance registered RYT-500 and prenatal yoga instructor. I conduct classes workshops and seminars on pranayama, yoga for women, prenatal yoga and mindfulness meditation.
To me Yoga is about progress. It’s a way of life. I firmly believe that the unlimited potential of this ancient practice from India has a lot to offer to the modern world.

BIHAR YOGA, A Pranayama Mudra & Meditation Yoga Class
Bihar yoga practice begins with a systematic sequence of asanas and incorporates pranayama, meditation, cleansing practices, and pratyahara. This ancient system adopts the attitudes of Jnana Yoga (the path of knowledge), Bhakti Yoga (the path of heart and emotion) and Karma Yoga (the path of service) which enable the practitioner to frame all aspects of their lives in a way which is conducive to spiritual growth.
