I found my deep connection and developed a passion for yoga and its philosophy after I attended the classes conducted in our community in India by my guru Vijayalakshmi. Being a computer engineer by profession I devoted whatever time I could find to build a personal practice under her guidance. Slowly but surely it helped me deal with the thyroid dysfunction and knee injury that had taken a toll on my personal and professional life. As I made progress in my mental, physical and emotional wellbeing my passion to take it to more people became unstoppable.
Now I am a yoga alliance registered RYT-500 and prenatal yoga instructor. I conduct classes workshops and seminars on pranayama, yoga for women, prenatal yoga and mindfulness meditation.
To me Yoga is about progress. It’s a way of life. I firmly believe that the unlimited potential of this ancient practice from India has a lot to offer to the modern world.

Yoga Nidra—known as yogic sleep—is a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. It is a practice in which the body is completely relaxed, and the practitioner becomes systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world by following a set of verbal instructions.
