Diana Osberg is a certified sound therapy facilitator, soundbath practitioner, and Yin and Restorative yoga teacher and is trained in mindful breathing techniques. She facilitates soundbath events, workshops, and retreats to help people recognize and release self-limiting stories, connect to their inner wisdom, and develop tools to deal with whatever life throws at them. Diana is certified as a Yin and Restorative yoga and sound healing medicine teacher under the internationally celebrated facilitators Kali Basman, Alessandra Montana, and Beto Cuevas Machorro, focusing on Chinese medicine meridians, nervous system response, anatomy, and alignment. She is certified as a soundbath practitioner by Jamie Bechtold at the Soundbath Center in Los Angeles. She studied Sudarshan Kriya Yoga (SKY) breathing at Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s The Art of Living Center in Los Angeles.

RESTORATIVE BREATHING WITH SOUND THERAPY Class

Pranayama and sound therapy practitioner Diana Osberg will help you relax and destress in a mindful breathing practice designed to shut down the “fight or flight” response, balance your nervous system, restore your energy, and instill a sense of calm and well-being. Classes will include sound therapy or a soundbath Savasana to support our work. Please arrive with a light or empty stomach.
YIN & RESTORATIVE Yoga Class
Enjoy deep relaxation and renewed energy in a gentle practice of Yin and Restorative yoga that uses props to facilitate passive floor poses. Yin yoga poses are held for 3-5 minutes to mindfully elongate and lubricate the deep connective tissues and fascia around the muscles, bones, ligaments, and joints, increase circulation and flexibility, and regulate the flow of vital lifeforce energy (Prana). Yin yoga helps the practitioner connect body, heart, mind, and spirit by finding stillness at the edge of discomfort, learning to rest with what is, and becoming open to and accepting of any sensations that may surface. The focus of Restorative yoga is deep relaxation. The long-held, supported poses allow the body and mind to rest and restore vitality. All levels are welcome.
ENERGY BOOST BREATHING WITH SOUND THERAPY Class

In each class, students will experience a therapeutic soundbath and learn how sound therapy can create change on the cellular level to reduce stress, improve concentration, balance the emotions, treat insomnia, boost the immune system, quiet mind chatter, and promote a deep sense of peace, well-being, and better health. The power of sound to heal the human body, mind, emotions, and spirit has been known for millennia. Modern acoustic researchers have discovered that sound waves can positively impact our nervous system and decrease blood pressure more than any other form of meditation.
CBD JOURNEY TO RELAXATION Workshop

Renew your body, heart, mind, and spirit in a deeply restful afternoon of mindful breathing, CBD chocolate, Yin yoga, and sound therapy. You’ll begin your journey with mindful breathing to bring you into the present and open you to connection with self and the Divine Universe. Then savor a CBD Dark Chocolate Expresso Chew hand-made by Lord Jones from single-origin Ecuadorian dark chocolate. These delicious treats are infused with the finest broad-spectrum hemp-derived CBD to dissolve little aches and pains and promote a calm sense of well-being. They do not contain THC and will not get you high.
