Diana Vehuni has a Master’s Degree in Metaphysical Science and a Ph.D. in Metaphysical Counseling. She works with clients to help them overcome their limitations and create a life that is inwardly aware and outwardly successful using metaphysical principles. Diana is also a certified coach, a teacher, and a professional artist. Some of her other qualifications include a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, Certified NLP Practitioner, HeartMath Facilitator, EFT Practitioner, and a Certified Practitioner of several healing modalities: Quantum-Touch, Reconnective Healing, Quantum Healing, and others. Diana is also an active Delegate at The Resonance Academy.

In this class, Dr. Diana Vehuni will be teaching the foundations of Mindfulness and how to cultivate the three essential skills of concentration power, sensory clarity, and equanimity through simple and powerful techniques.
The students will be exploring several approaches to Mindfulness as well as a variety of meditation techniques, including HeartMath Lock-in technique (creating heart-brain coherence), Unified Mindfulness (turning any distraction into an object of meditation), Meditation for cultivating a Positive Transcendent Attitude for Self Mastery and Manifestation, etc.
