Elisa is a YogaWorks trained Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500 & E-RYT-200), Urban Zen Integrative Therapist, and Reiki Master.
As a long time practitioner, Elisa understands that Yoga has the capacity to challenge and stimulate any and every student and is inspired by and experienced with yogis of all levels. She is honored to share the transformative power of Yoga with anyone who is eager to discover the joy and peace of practice. Elisa’s classes combine creative sequencing, and detailed attention to alignment and safety with a relaxing touch of inspiration to guide you deeper into the moment, cultivating the unity of body, mind and spirit, with the end result being that the student steps off the mat feeling relaxed, realigned, and revitalized.

YOGA FOR MOBILITY Virtual Class
Yoga for Mobility is about creating space and decompressing areas that have become shortened due to the things we do on a daily basis. The gentle movements, which increase blood flow, are effective in relieving pain and supporting optimal function of the joints, muscles and organs while calming the nervous system. This class is appropriate for students with injuries as well as students looking to increase their strength, flexibility, and general wellbeing.
URBAN ZEN YOGA Virtual Class
Urban Zen Integrative Therapy luxuriously layers modalities such as mindful movements, gentle stretches, comfy restorative postures, aromatherapy, breath awareness, guided meditation, and reiki for the ultimate relaxing experience. Tension literally melts away from body and mind in these relaxing sessions. This class is accessible to yogis of all levels.
GENTLE YOGA Virtual Class
Tuesdays & Thursdays 12:00PM-1:00PM
In this class students will link gentle movements to breath, creating space in the joints, while strengthening and stretching various muscle groups. In a viniyoga approach, poses are tailored towards the needs of each individual, making the class appropriate for students of all levels, as well as students with injuries. Breathwork and guided meditation will be added for a complete mind/body experience.
HATHA YOGA Virtual Class
Move mindfully, in sync with your breath, through a well-rounded and detailed flow of postures designed to stretch, strengthen, balance and relax the body while soothing the nervous system and quieting the mind. In this all levels class modifications are always offered in order to safely meet you where your practice needs to be today. You will leave class feeling energized, yet relaxed.
YOGA FOR BACK CARE Virtual Class
Free your spine with some low back love! With the intention of easing back discomfort, this all levels class is designed to open and release those areas which we habitually compress in our daily lives. No previous yoga experience needed.
