When Lindsay stepped into her first class, she was full of fear and doubt. The kindness of her teachers helped to melt that doubt away. Because of that experience, she strives to be a reassuring voice in the yoga studio. Lindsay has over 500 hours of training in a variety of styles including Hatha, Vinyasa and Prenatal Yoga. She encourages her students to remember that the practice of yoga is a journey. As students, we must eliminate doubt so that there is room for growth- in each posture and in each breath.

Join us for a yoga class especially designed for pregnant women. In this class, we incorporate yoga, movement and meditation. Perfect for mommies with an existing practice, as well as those who are looking for something new. Come to relax, but also come to find balance and strength while honoring your changing body. This class welcomes all types of mothers and honors all labor and delivery choices.
